Thanks for that video! I just got back to eating low carb and was wondering what to cook, and then I remembered Bobby always has great recipes! You never disappoint! One quick note on the cabbage, if you boil it first and then bake it in a deep baking tray, it`s even better, as it gets these nice charred bits on top. It tastes even better. Mmmm delish!

Great content, love your channel! We are on day 16 of a Whole 30 and just made the pork chop/cabbage dish. Hate to tell you, but the three of us agreed, it was awful. If we had it to do over again (which we won’t) I would cook the pork chops for a LOT less time in the cabbage pot.

A couple non-stick pans (one larger and one smaller....if you want to cook a couple eggs) and a 13 inch cast iron pan would get you a long ways.

Great recipes as usual! :-D One quick question, whenever I purchase Coconut Milk here in the UK, I open it and it is half a clear water style liquid and the other half is a hardened white lump of coconut.... in your videos your coconut milk always looks to be a liquid throughout... is there a good brand to buy where it hasn't all hardened, or is it always this way and you simply heat it all first to mix it together?
