Lankanto makes something called "drinking chocolate" amd its AMAZING! It's made with monkfruit and my kids actually prefer it to any other kinds of chicolate milk! It comes in powder form and we use a handheld frother to mix it into milk....

This is what I do for my son, I just throw it in the blender so I don’t get any clumps. I use monk fruit instead of stevia 😊

Awesome review. We don’t buy any chocolate milk for the same reason of questionable ingredients and a lot of sugar. We make our own, organic milk with some cocoa and little bit of sugar. So much cheaper and easy to make. Where do I find your hot chocolate recipe?

This is funny because everyone loves chocolate milk and not just for kids! These simple food items are most useful because most people eat simply on a daily basis. Thrive Market is good but their prices are very high and every time I ordered something it was out of stock. The things I ordered were good but the bags were always half full or empty whichever way you want to view it. Anyway, I appreciate your reviews

Maple hill is what I drink for white milk. They don't have chocolate at my wholefoods. I'll see about those ones you got on the shelf. The only thing when I got mine in white milk it had some curdle in the bottom and not even close to the expired date.

Chocolate milk is supposed to be a decadent treat that is consumed occasionally, not regularly. If you are that concerned with sugar just don't drink it. Chocolate milk needs contains a lot of cacao powder to have a reasonably strong chocolate taste. And in order for it to not be bitter almost twice as much sugar is required. That is why all the brands sold in stores are terrible. They put barely any chocolate in the to save money. I make my own. It's just whole milk, cocoa powder, corn starch, salt and vanilla over heat. Is it good for me? No. Milk is basically fat. And it's full of sugar. But I also rarely drink it. Moderation is much better than scrutinizing every single thing you eat and having all these super restrive rules for yourself. But to each their own.

Organic valley and horizon both have really good organic egg nog. I can’t think of any grass-fed brands off the top of my head but I’m sure if you search long enough, you can find some.

Hey Bobby, thanks for all the great videos. They are highly informative and eye opening. Huge fan! I think I have seen most of your videos on milk and I agree with most of the things you mentioned. However, I am bit surprised that you never talk about the harmful effects of ultra pasteurized milk! It’s widely known that the reason they ultra pasteurize they milk is to increase the shelf life but by doing that they destroy all the bacteria in the milk including the healthy ones. It’s highly processed. It’s always good to go for minimally pasteurized milk and least processed milk if possible. The one use is also non homogenized so all the cream floats on top and it’s delicious! Also, A2 is better but again it shouldn’t be ultra pasteurized. I am from California and I these 2 are my favorite ones I swear by: Straus organic whole milk and Alexendre A2 100% grass fed! I would do take a look at this if you are able to get it there in Chicago! Cheers!

Believe it or not, I do not eat or drink everything because it' may or may not be good for me.. It's not up for debate but when I drink chocolate milk. I drink it for flavor. To me, the best for flavor is Trader Joe's. I think it's the best tasting chocolate milk on the market! So if it's flavor and taste that your after, I would highly recommend trader joe's Just remember everything in moderation!

I make my own chocolate milk with maple syrup and cacao powder and add my milk and put it in my small blender. And if I want to save calories I use monk fruit sweetener instead of the maple syrup. And if I want hot cocoa I just warm up my chocolate milk in the microwave haha.

You left out oberwiess, horizon and prairie farms. Aldi has the worst chocolate milk. You can make your own chocolate milk by combining your favorite milk with 100% cocoa powder. It's cheaper to make as well.

Carageenan is a filler. It is grown freely as a non nutritive seaweed that's inflammatory. It's another colorless, flavorless clear liquid from the seaweed that could be more than half of what you're drinking. You could literally have almost no milk in your milk but artificial flavor and coloring. It's crazy.
