800 g pork (pork loin).
Hello friends! Welcome to my kitchen!
Cut the meat into pieces 2-3 cm thick.
Coarse salt.
Dried Garlic.
Black pepper.
Turn the pieces of meat over and do the same.
Put some vegetable oil in the pan.
Place the pieces of meat on a hot pan.
Fry for 1.5 minutes on each side.
Put the meat on a plate.
40 grams of butter.
Squeeze 5-6 cloves of garlic with a garlic press.
Fry over medium heat for 20-30 seconds, stirring constantly.
100 grams of honey.
100ml of water.
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar.
Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring constantly.
Put the meat in the pan.
Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side and baste with sauce.
The sauce should caramelize.
2 bunches of arugula.
Cut cherry tomatoes.
Some olive oil.
juice of 1/4 lemon.
Salt.
Black pepper.
1 teaspoon jam (your favorite jam).
Sprinkle with sesame seeds or other seeds for the salad.
Mix well.
Put the meat and salad on a plate.
