DJ great build on the mini! I was taken back by the road you live on. I had 5 acres up where the over passes were put in. I moved from there and moved by quad lakes and the big lines . I live in Bend Oregon for the last 2.5 yrs. Kool you were so close. I drove that road out to the Saquah for 45+ yrs. I was a commercial Refer tech / HVAC all over King and Pierce.

What muffler are you using? Any update on the swing arm kit? Is there any plan to also make a kit for the fork? Sweet build BTW. Keep up the good work.

Since i wanna do mine for the street, imma try and mount the fenders to the suspension. That way they can have a nice snug fit on the sexy street tires. Your swing arm is amazing. Cant wait to grab one

nice bike brother, I've been thinking about getting the same bike kit due to having a honda gx160 engine sitting on a shelf and i would like to leave it fully stock. my question is where did you get the exhaust system from? looking forward to your next project ride safe out there.

The exhaust was custom built with tubing I had laying around, but you can buy header kits with the flange and some sections of already bent tubing.

Unfortunately I do not build these for people other than my friends. Parts and labor would be north of $3,000. Seems a bit steep for a mini bike. It is a rad mini bike though. My two buddies that have them are very lucky lol.
