I have those leggings. I’m pretty thin and they squeak like that too. I just put a TINY amount of baby oil gel on the leggings in the inner thigh area and it stops the noise. Worth a shot.

I've never been a fan of Taylor Swift's music, but I have always really respected and admired her as a person. I've always felt she was just very taken over by the industry, like the industry "owned" her and I think that was part of the problem I had with a lot of her music, it just felt like they kept trying to mold her into the right kind of artist. Whatever they needed to sell at the time, she could do it. This was clearly just totally for her, and that absolutely made all the difference. I heard her say that she used to always write based on how things would sound on the radio, in a stadium, etc. For this is was like she knew what we needed- and what she needed- was just, how does this sound to people in lockdown, in their home, listening to this on their phone or computer, stuck inside for days at a time with just all these thoughts in their head, all of us trying to process so much. I really liked these albums, especially the second one she just put out. It was like echoes of teenage Taylor, finally writing what she needed to and I just thought yes girl, this is you :)

I have those exact patent leather leggings. You have to put a few small drops of any type of oil, face oil, or whatever in between your thighs. It cancels all the noise :)

Its funny... people are so concious of their little ones not touching anything in case they get sick which is good. But I work in retail and the amount of people who have their little kids carry stuff to the tils after touching it and chewing on it and then expect staff to handle it. Same with letting their kids sneeze and cough in other peoples faces...

I was surprised when Taylor dropped another album this year. Most artists only release one album a year or one every few years. When I became a fan of BTS I was surprised at how often they drop new songs/albums a year, which is a few times a year, since I got used to how less frequent Western artists do.

I think a lot of that has to do with how ridiculously restrictive American record label contracts are, the amount of approvals for your music, promotions, touring, press that is required. Then this year, when artists couldn't really do anything but sit in and write. It's really amazing to see the talent and soul that came out of her and her team just being inside, writing and making music just for her.

I ordered that lovely glittery Dior nail varnish on Monday - Winter Snow - and I love it , but don't put it on by itself as it's really difficult to get off your nails. I put it on top of some pale pink varnish and it looks lovley - however it's very rough to touch so I had to put some clear top coat over it! Dior sent it in the hugest box tho - I wish I could post a picture of it here, basically a tiny bottle of varnish in it's little box inside a box that's about a foot square!
