I’ve followed you ever since you had Woof. To see how you guys parent your children, has been magical. In the world of social media, it’s not the branded things/materialistic life that has appealed me, but this. Watching couples around my age raise their children exactly how I would. I think us millennials want our children to be raised in a way where they’re more emotionally intelligent. I tried to conceive for almost 14 years and I’m slowly accepting the fact that being a mom will never be my reality. So I live vicariously through you and I tell myself this will be my life in another life where I will get to open presents with my children and hug them close ❤

IMO a visit to Disneyland Paris is what you make it. It’s not some life altering amazing thing - it’s a theme park but it is really awesome in my opinion, if you take it slow and leave yourself time just to chill and enjoy it it’s easy to get caught up in the magic of the place!

I’m 35 now but I still remember my parents bringing me to Disneyland in December. Little me looked up at both of them when Mickey lit the Christmas tree and they were both crying 😂 the memory is as clear as yesterday. At the time I of course didn’t understand as I do now that Disney magic - and Disney Christmas magic is also very much for adults! It’s lovely to follow you since before you were married and what a beautiful family you have now ❤

What a special surprise and trip to Disneyland Paris. River is such a thoughtful little girl with such a precious Christmas gift for you. Maybe not quite so 'precious' but I bought my whole family the water bottle ice cube trays as a little stocking filler as recommended by MDF in the stocking filler gift guide. Everyone was very impressed. Such a good idea.

I was there last weekend with my husband (first time for him, 2nd time for me). We really were so surprised with the shows, I had no idea they were so good! The Lion King was our favorite, but Together was also so good! For the last one, we were sitting next to a couple with a little girl, around 2yo I would say, she was so amazed and blowned away, it made it even better and made us excited to enjoy Disney with kids one day ❤

Thanks Fleur, I absolutely love your vlogs!! How did Enzo get on at Disney Land? Was it manageable for you guys with naps and bedtimes?

Thank you! Good question! Enzo didn't nap on the first day when we were traveling, so dinnertime (7pm-8.30pm) was quite hard work... however on the second and third day he did nap - he fell asleep at the end of the Mikey Magician show (in mikes arms!) and we managed to transfer him to the buggy where he slept for about an hour and a half walking around... and then he fell asleep as we were getting on the train to go home (soooo lucky!) in his buggy, and woke up 20 mins before we got into St Pancras. Bedtimes were later than normal (about 8.30/9pm for Enzo, he usually goes down at 7.30 so this was late for him but the excitement kept him going!) He missed the fireworks sadly as they were at 10pm... River managed them on the second day but was so exhausted, she was asleep before her head hit the pillow when we got back to the hotel! Hope that helps! It's definitely a lot when they are very small, I think 7-8 is the peak age to take them to be honest, but with the age gap, we thought this year was a good one to go all together! Hoping to take them to Florida in a few years when Enzo's a bit bigger but River's still young enough to be super excited for it!

I love love love this vlog. So winderful! I have never really been a big Disney park person, as up until lately, i really so bad do rides, but more and more I really want to go to the parks in Orlando and in Paris. I was at a conference back in 2008, where I stayed at the hotel right across from the exit. However, the fires in Anaheim/LA were just so bad that we were warned not to go out if we had any asthma/allergies. I was on the concierge floor of the hotel since I was in leadership for the group (Children and Adults with ADHD/International conference) and literally all i could see out my window was the very tip top of Space Mountain. I had been there fir 8 days, when i could finally go out. I went to DowntTown Dsney after dark,but in the afternoon, I went out to dinner and saw Casino Royale in IMAX. I ate dinner and shopped in the DownTown Disney shops. My shopping bug got the better of me, and i had to have stuff shipped to me since I wasnt going to be able to take it all on the plane...yes, bought too much fun stuff. Anyway, it wasn't so bad, as i had to have things shipped that we had compiled and gotten for the leadership library...but that was the extent of Disney for me. But lately, i just really want to go...and seeing the fun you had just made the "want to" bigger...lol! Happy New Year to you and MDF as well as your mum and your amazing kids. (If you are ever in the mood for time at the Outer Banks of NC, look me up. I live near there and you would be very welcome to visit. Plus, at Christmas, Busch Gardes in Williamsburg, VA, about 2 hours from me, does an amazing Christmastowne.) ..

My niece has a yearcard for Eurodisney Paris. Do you know there is an app for Eurodisney that tells you how busy it is and how long the waiting time is for the different attractions? And it's quite accurate. Só handy! ❤
