I recommend to have the screen showing the charging time & discharging time separately like 2 Times if it’s charging & discharging so the user would know how much he is getting in and when the unit will be fully charged

I thought rip-off, cheats, flim flam but it’s was all me just wanting my Flex and being upset about the delays. It came and I forgot about all my huffing and puffing.... it’s perfect and worth waiting for.

Rant. I ordered an Inergy Flex Power Bank last March. Initially, I was told this product would ship in May. When I hadn't received it by June, the company promised it was due to the supply chain issue and that the product would ship in August. When September came, the new deadline was December. Today I received an email saying, "Gee, we hope to ship by next March or April. Thanks for your patience." Umm, NOOOO!!!!! I'll take that full refund, thanks! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH INERGY...THEY DON'T DELIVER! I'm happy to take my business to a company that CAN deliver, thank you very much!

don't get one. They are not ready. I have one and Inergy told me not to use it yet and place it someplace away from the house. The batteries may have been damaged in shipping. 6 weeks later....I hear nothing from them. When I called to ask what is the status...they told me someone would come to my house last week to check the battery. Ya that didn't happen and I doubt if it will so I cancelled the remaining part of my order. Get a Titian instead....

It SURE WOULD BE NICE if they could address the delays in a video or blog. I find it.....concerning, that I've given them over a thousand dollars of my money, yet I haven't heard a word from them(in months) about when they'll fulfill their end of the bargain. Where am I in the queue? Did you lose my order information? July is past. How 'bout an updated estimated delivery date? Just a five minute vid, to reassure us that things are moving along, that you have a plan and you're not sipping pina coladas on a tropical beach, laughing at us, while using our money. Seriously guys, just a brief sit-rep. Thanx!

Your website says payments to be made May-June with delivery in July. I thought you were shipping in May, has it been delayed again? Are you expecting to be paid in full starting in May but not deliver for another two months or is that for ppl who did not pre-order?

I checked your website again and it does state this is for pre-orders so you are asking for payment well in advance of shipment. Your company has gone a year without products to sell, apex & kodiak were discontinued early on in anticipation of flex. Through no fault of your own losing the battery supplier AND covid put production to a screeching halt. I can’t imagine how stressful this run of bad luck has been for a small company. However, If you guys have burned through your cash and need customers to pay in full months in advance so you can pay the factory that is concerning. Why wasn’t this video upfront about another slip in the schedule? IDK how many presale orders you’ve lost in this year long wait. Are more jumping ship to your competitor now that they’ve released their own 1500w and 2000w power generators. I don’t want to pay the balance until I see you’ve started shipping, too high of a risk now.

@@bluebird9193 I did pre order mine last year, Paid the remaining balance last month. I was told mine would be shipped in May. Hopefully there isn't anymore delays. I do own an Apex and looking forward to receiving the Flex.

@@bluebird9193 We understand your concern, and we appreciate the understanding you show for the challenges the last year has presented to us and our customers. We'd like to clarify one thing. We are not requiring anyone to pay months in advance. The standard time frame will be 4 weeks before your order will ship, and the first wave of shipments will begin in late May. We knew coming into this presale, there could be disruptions due to the pandemic, which is why we asked for only 20% of the retail price as a deposit; but we did not foresee what ultimately did happen. But we are almost there, and it will be worth the wait!

I just checked on the status of the order I placed in May 2021. I was told that they are just now filling orders for March 2020 and they have no Idea when I will get my unit. If you order this now you may not get it until 2023.

Thank you for the information. It's sad that I have to go to the comment section of Inergy's youtube videos in order to get any information. I pre-orederd during the Black Friday sale in November 2020 and I have not heard anything. I got an email on May 6th like everyone else saying that they would be sending follow up emails within 3 weeks with payment information. Still waiting 3 months later for any information. Thanks again

Because we offered several different incentives during our presale and because we are receiving products from our factory in small air freight batches, we have relied heavily on email communication, so we can send targeted messages to avoid confusion. Any new shipping updates? Haven’t seen a post or a thread about the flex from y’all in a very long time. Hope everything is ok. Deep in the back of my mind I picture the CEO sitting on the beach in some foreign country with everyone’s pre order money… yes Ik that is far from reality, just really struggling. Living in an ambulance full time is tough without solar. We need you guys our lives depend on it!

Spent 2k on this unit in May now it’s Priced at 1,450 My inergy flex 1500 unit is brand new, only used 2 days and the LCD screen is not displaying a charge or solar rate of generation via solar input or 5.5mm X 2.5mm input for standard wall charger that is located on the left side of the battery. What is this issue? I am not charging at this rate….

OFF on the battery screen indicates that the battery is not enabled. Do you have more than one battery in the stack?

Why is the solar input connected to a 110 outlet?

The flex has multiple charging options, including a 200 watt quick wall charger. Unlike the standard wall charger, the quick wall charger plugs into the EC8 solar port. Since these units are being quality tested indoors, we're using a quick charger instead of solar panels.

I received mine last week. So far I’m impressed with the quality. Installed it at my off grid cabin last weekend where it’s hooked up to solar. I’ve used it lightly for pumping water and for lighting. Haven’t put it through it’s paces yet but I have some future projects that will. Not the least bit concerned it’ll do the job.

I have 2 batteries and advised not to use them could explode catch on fire so I have been waiting since sep 2021 for sim repair they will not send me two batteries that would not be fair to them that puts them out 4 batteries but its ok for me to be out of pocket two batteries the products my be good but they lack customer service from the top so much for there testing them before shipping out quality control
