This is your 2nd video that saved me big $$ on my Focus. Thanks--keep it up! One thing I wanna point out is that that flex pipe is for the 2.3L Focus PZEV engine, which makes sense since you're in NY (a PZEV state). The 2.0L Zetec was the most popular engine and is what most 01-04 Focus owners watching this video probably have. The pipe for that engine is the Walker 52243

Hi Klowny1969, could you recommend andy video's on air tools please, I picked up an impact wrench here in UK 2nd hand no instructions, it has settings one to 4, I am unsure how to determine what settings to use as scared of breaking bolts, also do you set the compressor at say 90psi before you press the trigger on the tool or does it need to be say 90 psi when using it, also as I see how hold spanners on the other end while using air tools is this ok when using certain settings as scared of breaking my arm, excuse my ignorance but I would like to learn, many Thanks Ian

On that second flange since it's an actual nut and bolt you could tighten instead of loosen and just snap it and replace nut and bolt. It's sometimes easier to do that instead of trying to get it loose. I have done this and it works. I wouldn't do that with studs of course, but if it can be replaced, why not?

It still came up with a code even without the engine light on. The code $7E8:engine and $7EA. I've looked all over the web and came up with "Hot oxygen sensor" and cracked flex exhaust pipe. Does this sound right to you or anyone in comments? Will replacing the flex section like you did here reset the engine warning light? Just looking into it before going to a shop and hearing what they think and will charge. Thanks for your time and cool video.
