That best friend line from Gojo always gets me. As someone caught up with the manga, when you consider how lonely it must be for him as the strongest sorcerer. He genuinely had a friend in Geto that was a fellow special grade, and could somewhat understand him, just to lose that and be alone again.

The ending is feeling a little rushed because he announced it's ending on the 30th of September, and there were certainly decisions he made with the story that I didn't really like. But overall I still really enjoyed it and am looking forward to the rest of the anime.

If you didn’t know, the manga for this was the first piece of JJK content made. It got so popular that the author made the main series with Yuji as the new protagonist, since Yuta’s story was finished. The movie also added some extra scenes with characters and other things from season 1 Also, if you go back through season 1, they mention Yuta quite a few times. They even referenced Rikka being freed at one point

There were some callbacks to Season 1 and some plot lines for Season 2. 1. That special grade cursed tool, Playful Cloud (the three section staff) was the one which Maki told she hated in Season 1 Episode 19. It was because Geto previously had that. 2. We were introduced to Yuta in Season 1 Episode 5, where Gojo talks about sorcerers having the potential to reach and surpass his level, along with Kinji Hakari and Megumi Fushiguro. 3. Nanami's record of four black flashes was shown here. 4. Todo wiping out several first grade curses without using Boogie Woogie and using it against the special grade was shown here too, which was said by Megumi in Season 1 Episode 8. 5. That end credit scene. It happened during Season 1 Episode 14, when Gojo was overseas in another country. He went to visit Yuta. The plot lines for Season 2 are: 1. That worm like curse around Geto's body from where he draws out weapons. 2. Geto did not have stitches on his forehead yet.

@@Akshay_PJO personally I don’t even think it’s that hard to understand. To be fair I guess I did read it still frame and not as a moving picture like the anime will be. However I think with all the explanations that are gonna be had in comment sections and videos already explaining it, it shouldn’t be a big deal. Especially because jjk already has a very very deep and constructed power system. I always found people hating things for being “complicated” weird, but I do understand it to an extent. Also I am so hype for his domain I’m gonna be hitting Hakaris signature move all day 😂😂

I love the movie, especially because of Gojo and Geto. Did you notice anything? When Gojo made his Vail, the color was black, like Geto's hair. When Geto made his Vail, it was white, like Gojo's hair. A sweet detail, I think. Pay attention to how Geto pronounces "Satoru" I read that Geto's Voice Actour was specifically told to pronounce the name like that. Its sounds so nice :)

Geto was one of the best things about this movie, I loved his character. Especially that scene where he declares "war" really cool seeing him alongside Gojo. Yuuta was such a fire mc in this, that people began to hate on Yuuji a little bit and his backstory with Rika is beautifully tragic.

Which personally I never understood the Yuji bashing. Yuta is a strong character but he has such generic modern MC energy like Deku, Tanjiro etc. Maybe it's my old-school bias but Yuji is a lot more like Goku/Gon/Yusuke, a derpy brawler MC that I've always enjoyed watching.

This movie was produced in less than six months. It resulted in the director of S1 and this movie, Sung-Hoo Park to leave the studio. He also animated like 60% of the action scenes himself. MAPPA was extremely lucky they got a talented successor for Park, named Shota Goshozono as the new director. JJK has been an absolute hell for the people involved in making it. The Glasses/Blindfold thing is all to do with his eyes. He wears glasses when he was with the higher ups because he wanted to be indimitating. Showing them all his glowing eyes, reminding them exactly who he is and what his capable off. He then goes back to the bandage/blindfold the rest of the time because it better covers his eyes. The reasons he has a black blindfold in the show is because.. well its because its easier to draw and animate. Solid black takes alot less work then all the lines needed for bandages + the shading on it. However, storywise, I like to think he started using a black blindfold after the movie to mourn Geto.

This isn't really true though. JJK0 was originally a one shot manga, but it did really well, so Gege (the author) decided to expand upon it, and so JJK as we now know it, was created. Gege needed a new protagonist for the series because Yuta's story arc was already finished (at least for the most part), so Yuji was in turn written.

Yuta's healing ability It's something called "reverse cursed energy" Basically cursed energy has a negative charge, but by reversing the charge (multiplying the negative charge by itself to generate positive charge) reverse cursed energy is generated, whose primary ability is the ability to reverse almost any injurie It is an extremely difficult skill and It's even more difficult to use on other people As for him using Inumaki's technique: Yuta's cursed technique, Copy, allows him to copy the innate techniques of anyone or anything that he or Rika consumes; since Rika absorbed Inumaki, Maki and Panda earlier to protect them, he theoretically would be able to copy their techniques, but since Maki has no innate technique and Panda is an inorganic being Inumaki was the only one he copied Naturally, there is a limit to how many innate techniques a human can have (three or four, if I'm not mistaken) and if you exceed that limit your brain can explode, literally But to avoid that, Yuta copies the techniques and stores them inside Rika, and since she is a curse, she doesn't have that limit and can have as many techniques as she wants (although theoretically she isn't able to use them) and whenever he needs to use a technique he simply asks her to transfer the technique from her body to his
