Very nice video. Great to see the procedures. I have taken a lesson in the way you utilise your passenger to help look out for other traffic and become a resource for safety improvement. One thing I would potentially consider is after your run ups conduct a Take Off Safety Brief. Quickly briefing and reminding yourself of your actions in the event of engine failure and / or abnormalities during different critical phases of flight. It takes approximately 30-40 seconds and could save you a good few seconds by limiting the “startle factor,” if something were to happen. One last thing I would encourage is on ground roll, call out: “Take off RPM set” “Ts and Ps green” “Airspeed is live” or “airspeed building” If anything isn’t normal, reject the take off, much rather deal with something wrong on the ground then in the air. Wish you happy and Safe flying into 2025 :)
