I've found the longer you fly in a particular area, the better performance gets. I have a similar system, and my FPS doubled after flying around Manhattan a couple times (I presume the rolling cache is also being filled). They are definitely having streaming issues, and there's an extensive 'low bandwidth' thread on official forums, though most have gigabit internet. The sim is using every bit of my 32 GB of RAM, so I've ordered a 64 GB kit. I watched a video comparing the two configs, and they seemed the same until he panned the camera and the hitching was obvious on the 32 GB setup.

Try verify and repair your install, it worked for me when I was stuck at 97%

Performance are good but probably only because you fly in a very simple aircraft. Whit a liner and in the cockpit full of glass panels is probably more problematic but.... you don't need to have everything at max details.

Had no issues so far, at least the game finally works and is not stuck at 97% of loading lmao. I lowered most of unwanted settings and i am having a total blast. On mfs2020 i didnt enjoyed flying on my area, everything was pixelated and blurry and right now the landscape looks so real i dont know if this is a game unless i fly to ground. If something like this is possible then we are step before we could play GTA in our cities lmao.

Thanks for sharing! Would you be able to compare 13900k or 14900k vs 9800X3D in MSFS 2024? I'm curious if it would be worth upgrading to the extra cache.

Sorry I don't own a 13900K. And the 7800X3D and 9800X3D dominate in this game.

@@Bang4BuckPCGamer Oh ok no worries, the reason I ask is because X3D chips were much better in MSFS 2020 but with the better multithreading support I was thinking with the higher core count and more threads maybe it would benefit more in this Sim.

I refunded. Honestly I can't get behind the asset streaming if it's going to run worse than MSFS2020. I might revisit in a year or two if it improves.

As it started to use more than 25gb of your ram it started to become stuttery, you should have atleast 48gb or more for this game.

Windshield effects are medium also the sliders for object level detail and terrain level detail are not max?
