You’re not wrong, they’re fucking modern rock legends in the making. This is like being a boomer, and growing up watching The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Grateful Dead, Black Sabbath etc etc etc blow up in their eras and being able to say you were there. Decades from now, there’ll be kids who’ll wish they could’ve seen King Gizzard in their prime. Like we do for the bands I mentioned above and others.

A few days ago I took an acid trip and while I was listening to this song and the whole Quarters album I watched animations on my skin which looked exactly like this. They would flow in the same speed, and they would never stop, they just kept transforming into new shapes constantly. I didn't even remember much about this video, so I wasn't influenced by it at all. I'm amazed at how well Jason Galea represented what goes on in your vision while tripping.
