I've watched copious amounts of woodworkers and metal fabricators alike, and while they've all been well beyond my skill level. This guys is leaps and bounds ahead of them. The benches he makes are things of beauty. So glad I found this channel and his website.

Absolute machine on the production Andy. I don't have the means to buy many of your products but as a designer it's fascinating to see some of the issues/problems that come around, especially since watching this vise series over the past couple months.

I really like your honesty and your vise is intriguing! As an engineer working in R&D, your desire to make all details perfect resonates with me. You’ve convinced me to order one. Please send the one that has been perfected ;-)JK! Looking forward to it and im willing to wait!

Thanks for the updates, Andrew. 😊 But yeah... Try buying stuff for FPV. The chip shortage is pretty bad right now as well. 😕 Anyway, stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊

Andrew, I don't even have a proper bench for the vice, and damn if I might not order one anyway! I'm working off of a MFT-3 and getting used to the bench dog systems for it. They are very versatile but there's no replacement for a good ole' vise, and this one is amazing!

More than two months ago, I ordered multiple items that your website said were in stock. I'm told "global logistics" are the reason the order hasn't shipped yet and to wait another six weeks. I wait another six weeks and still nothing. If every item is in stock, I fail to see what global logistics has to do with it. If the items are in stock, that means they're in your possession. They're either in stock or they aren't. You really have to do better with your communication as to what is happening with people's orders. If something is backordered, I get it. I don't understand two plus months of zero communication on an order where you're saying you have the items available.

Andy, time for you to design a pattern makers vise. We all want one. For those of you who don’t know what that is, just search youtube for a tutorial.

I had this question on Adam's video but didn't get an answer, so maybe you can help me. I am certain there is a good reason why the flip handle isn't placed at the end of the regular handle and then flipped out for use, which would allow for less stick-out from the bench, but I am not smart or experienced enough to figure it out. Can you elaborate on what it is?
@AndrewKleinWW
@AndrewKleinWW 3 жыл бұрын
Just an awkward place to try to mount it, I guess Adam and I both didn’t think the advantage was worth the hassle, that’s my best guess anyway since I haven’t discussed it with Adam

@@AndrewKleinWW > Just an awkward place to try to mount it That's plenty answer, thank you. I have no experience in these things, so I can't make an educated guess about the ease of production or manufacturing, but I'm extremely curious, hence my question. Thank you for taking the time to answer my question.

Hi Andrew, Andrew Lozica here. So, I plan on pulling the trigger now on the 24" Turbo. You've made it impossible not to buy 1. So I currently have a classic bench crafted leg vise and a Lie Neilsen shoulder vise with the bench crafted classic handle. I had to have the shoulder bushing hub (? not sure what to call it) drilled out to accept the acme screw on the Lie Neilson shoulder vise. The two handles match perfectly and create a bit of a nostalgic look and feel for me. I would like to maintain this look. Do you have any ideas on or if it would even work. I would be willing to send you pics if need be. I have not yet assembled the base to the legs, but it is ready to be. The bench is the version that Mark on the Wood Whisper Split Top Roubo bench build did with a detailed video build on. I look forward to your answer to solving my future problem. Thanks a bunch.... Andree

Odd question. I'd like to purchase the 20" vise and a fast action handle. I'd like to use PayPal and two separate credit cards, because each of these cards have monthly PayPal benefits. I don't think I can do that on your website, is there a way I can send you two payments for merchandise and shipping totaled?
@AndrewKleinWW
@AndrewKleinWW 3 жыл бұрын
Hmm, can you use one credit card for the vise and the other for the handle on two separate orders? Then I could combine them for shipping and refund the extra shipping you paid?

Hi Andrew. I know you have plans for your great workbench but I already have a bench; so I don't need the plans. Could you tell us what the width is of your bench; and is your Twin Turbo Vise the 24" or the 20" installed on your bench? I really need this info before I purchase the vise from you. Thank you kind Sir.
@AndrewKleinWW

Sure, my bench is 26” wide and it has the 20” vise as an end vise.
