Hello, those are Cabochon Trays. Here are the ones we use: amzn.to/34N2Sew The one on the back of the journal is glued to a Tim Holtz Idea-ology Findings Ornate Plate. Unfortunately they seem to be low in stock right now, so you'll have to do a bit of leg-work and see which stores still carry them, or maybe just search online for "ornate bookplate/label plate" and see if something similar comes up you can use. Hope this helps!
