I have to say, I was a little worried you might paint it, or change the legs/hardware, because even though there is painted furniture I do really like, there are certain pieces I cringe at seeing them painted, or changed a great deal in order to update. This was a piece I am very happy you went with restoration. Well done!

You literally gave new life to a piece that otherwise would probably end-up as firewood. That style buffet would make an outstanding bathroom vanity. Add vessel sinks/faucets and it's perfect. Or it could be a beautiful addition to any formal dining room or Great Room. Your repairs were 'spot-on'. As a result your buffet probably has another 50+ years of functionality. (I noticed your attention to insuring the buffet was thoroughly cleaned and prepped. Truly proud workmanship every time!)

👋 I hope you've been well. I really like the places you added the black, but it's not a solid back, so it sure does retain some of the vintage. The different stain on the doors, inside the lifted area is a very pretty touch. And don't know how you made the missing pull on that door, but from here, it looks perfect.
