Stephen isn't the Flite Test Monkey! Come on, some respect! He has a real job. The fact that he's game for some fun should not infer that he is Flite Test's Court Jester. Dude has fun with his friends at work, and gets paid. I wish I had that opportunity. He seems a happy guy, good on ya, I say. I wish I was like him, happy to be at work with people he gets on with. I don't eat anything from a pig, but seeing those small kids brought back some memories of my own. As to the bomber tail, you cut it a bit too short since if it was around 6 inches longer, you would have the squarish begins of a lot of options. What was that harasy? Canards don't look cool? That calls for some sort of punishment! Talk about determination to not trim that large tail rudder, wow. No doubt you figured out every little puff of wind was pushing that rudder and causing the squirly flight and stability issues.

vertical CoG was completely whack. it’s much higher than the wings meaning it’s unstable when flying upright and always seems like it’s falling over. modern fighter jets are a little like this and require computers and fly by wire to keep them flying straight and true, this video was an excellent way to observe it IRL!

Challenge: build a guppy type plan with a popcorn popper inside. The challenge is only to pop popcorn when in the air, so you’ll have to rig something up that either transforms the battery voltage to the motors, or use a relay to a switch for a separate power system. I suggest using an air popper so there is less oil to deal with.
@robertfederer27395 жыл бұрын
Maybe have a separate salt or butter dispenser on board. How about a cinnamon-sugar option? It should be a custom flying popcorn popper.
