Does this board have a hub “lock” mechanism such as the Onewheels do when you stop / dismount the board? Also, I’m not that familiar with the VESC platform, does it allow for almost infinite adjustments? Does the firmware need updating from time to time?

I love how it looks, but please...for the love of god, make sure the battery is safe and has those saftey features, I dont want to destroy my house. Chinese EVs in general have an especially bad reputation for this. (other than inmotion unicycles, those guys take safety to new heights and I hope you emulate them) You already have my money, but I dont know if I have my house after...Smart investment I hope.

Foot placement looks dangerous for a nosedive

this is the safest “ready to run out ” stance, if nose dived, your front foot touches the ground with minimum height difference, the rear foot can be easily dismount because it's close the the center of the board, it will not lift too high in event of a nose dive, trust me I'm ready to run out any seconds😂

​@@floatwheel better WHEN you nosedive but more likely TO dive because center of gravity is so far forward, after a couple of 30 mph nosedives on a GT I try to stay as far back as possible 😬

@John Smith With this stance it's better to keep your upper body a bit more back for sure, but as long as you ride safely with respect for the board and keep your upper body over the tire, you'll be solid 👌 For what it's worth, I've ridden for 4 years with nearly the same exact stance as Tony here and have never nosedived on street, majority of that time on XR where there's much less power headroom. The stance really comes in handy for running out when needed on trails
