Thank you for saving my old floor jack. Bought a seal kit vs a new 3.5 ton jack. The design was the same for an ac delco jack.

You’re welcome! It’s good to know I saved you some money and time by fixing the old jack instead of buying new one. Appreciate your support on the channel.

So this kit works for the Daytona 3 ton Jack? Just bought one and took it down to México and now it's leaking and one of the pump seal is leaking but don't know if it will fit

Thank you for the tutorial, BTW That chassis behind, what are you building? if you don't mind me asking? is that a GM pushrod engine? aluminum head, cast iron block, manual tranny.. Nice!
@ktgarage11262 ай бұрын
Hi. Thanks for the interest on the chassis. I do have a video to explain what it is. I will add a link at the end of the message so you can check it out. It is a chassis from Schwartz Performance. It is specifically build for the 1970-1974 Dodge Challenger. It has a supercharged Hellcat engine with a T56 Tremec tranny. 9” Ford rear end. Coil-over in 4 corners. 14” Baer brakes. It’s for my 73 challenger project that I will be building very soon.

Mine leaks when I lift up the car does that mean it needs seals replaced ?
@ktgarage11262 ай бұрын
Yes, most of the time it is the seals! See if can find out where it leaks. Mine leaks slowly so I don’t know which one. I had to replace all the seals.

@@ktgarage1126 it’s right where those thick springs are where it presses on the bottom of the handle area no what I mean?
@ktgarage11262 ай бұрын
@@Dusty2040seems like your high or low pressure cylinders seals are leaking. Worth replacing all the seals while your at it. Do same thing I did to mine…

@@ktgarage1126 ok I’ll give it a go and get the seals thanks man

Great job on the video! But....$50 for 7 o rings is highway robbery! Getting so tired of this scalping siciety we live in
@ktgarage1126Күн бұрын
@@Brian-ff7tw totally agreed. It’s a rip off. I almost didn’t want to do the rebuild because of the price of the seals!
