Loop a piece of nylon/polyester carpet around the bottom rung. Then just drive onto it, this will prevent slipping.

Wonderfully useful… And yes.. some sort of rubber would help

I was wondering, did you have to jack the rear of the car up to put the ramps under them.My opinion is what did you use to keep the ramps from moving away?

Not it drives on with no issues. I used rubber wheel chocks to stop them slipping. My smooth garage floor makes it worse than a standard floor

Use anti slip matts under them, works great

I can see that there are minor niggles, but they look fantastic value for money when you consider how much it would cost to make them yourself in materials alone. I have never been confident driving onto ramps and have tended to jack my cars up with a trolley jack and then slide the ramps under the wheels. Just worried that I might mess up my footwork and overshoot the ramps. When I have driven onto the ramps I have found it a good idea to wrap a strip of old strong carpet round the bottom spacer of the ramps so that I could drive the car onto the carpet before reaching the ramps, which stops them from being pushed along the ground. This works best for the driven wheels. I have two pairs of ramps so that I could jack my cars up and put ramps under all wheels - well worth the money for the access provided. Sadly, I'm too old and creaky for working under cars these days and have to pay garages. Best wishes.

Good ramps DB, I agree the jacks don’t look that great but good 👍

Thanks for the review , I've been debating buying a scissor lift , but the weight, size, and safety issues put me off, having seen this I may well buy these , good that once elevated there are two pins to failsafe the device , because i wouldn't trust those chinese? jacks implicitly! ( And may well replace them with better in time)

Why didn't you install one of the jacks so the handle is pointing out to the side of the car instead of to the inside that's pretty awkward operate the Jack from underneath the car also not very safe

They are not installled, just held in place and can be moved when not under tension. As i explained in the video it was because that side is against a wall and inaccesible, with the height already given by the ramp it can be lifted without putting yourself at risk, so perfectly safe
