Hello from Canada again Keith. It's been awhile since I wrote you friend, but nothing has changed about my viewing 'The High Road". I love it Keith. As I told you a long time ago, I am a former service man, civil servant injured on the job and in a wheelchair for life. I still range shoot, and I thank God everyday for the opportunity. It is people like you Keith that share their blessed lives with people like me, and I TY from the bottom of my heart. Canada loves you Keith, there's a whitetail here for you anytime...even an elusive black bear...LOL! Thank you Keith.

I served, as my ancestors did, so this county was free and everyone had an opinion. Even rude people like you are entitled to your feelings, even when not solicited. Do us a favor and keep your comments to yourself, until you have a more intelligent thing to say. I am not a hunter, however, I realize their impact on conservation worldwide. It would serve you well to enlighten yourself to the truth and not react to your "knee-jerk", immature emotions that stymie your growth as an informed adult.

Hello Keith, thank God for the folks praising you here because it seems like you get your share of misinformed critics as well. Just want to say thank you for all ventures you share with us as well as the educational aspects. I grew up with a grandfather and uncle that hunted together on a regular basis. Although I never became a hunter, at age 54 I am more than ready to start now! I am already an avid lover of everything nature and this I feel will allow me to have an even deeper appreciation. Keep up the great life Keith. Dave B. of Connecticut.

Keith I just want to say thank you the bottom of my heart for everything you for hunters and the outdoor community. I hope one day I will get to meet you and shake your hand and tell you that face to face. Its because of people like my son will be able to enjoy the things we love. And being from Florida I absolutely love hog hunting with dogs. I grew up doing that in NW Florida. Next time Keith if you guys catch a good boar like that cut him and make him a barr hog. He will put on more size and grow heavier longer cutters.

Why would you turn a hog loose?
@Humberto47906 жыл бұрын
The property probably profits a lot from these invasive hogs, so instead of killing them, they're letting them go.
@Perry-ck1hv5 жыл бұрын
Some will get neutered and turn loose to grow bigger. Others of poor genetics are killed. You want to keep the gene pool alive for better stock. You don't want too much inbreeding. This old Florida boy told you that. 10 miles north of rodman dam I don't need a Hunt club. Sit on the porch and wait for it to come by 🤔😎

Ive been hunting with my dad when I was younger but not hogs. I'm definitely subscribing. Ive been learning alot from your channel. Especially about how hogs and Coyotes are ruining farmers land and livestock. I'm from Indiana and I can't wait to take a trip down south and check out how hog hunting works. Your a cool man Keith. And I’m in Florida for 50 years and I never heard of an alligator problem if they would pass out more of those tags you wouldn’t have maybe as many poachers and you wouldn’t have an alligator problem that I really don’t think he exists and I don’t hunt anything just in case you think I’m being biased. I love a good piece to get a tail . And years ago I used to go right out on State Road 84 and hunt rabbit for breakfast

Always enjoy your video's, and this one really brings a question to mind. I thought it is actually illegal to release a feral hog. Does this only apply to certain states, or am I just badly informed? Tannerite is, as you stated, as safe as can be. Takes a decent size rifle to enjoy the full effects!
@HighRoadHunting9 жыл бұрын
fisheatsleep1 Good question. It's legal in Florida. I've gotten some heat for releasing that hog, but it's common practice when training dogs on how to work together. Catch and release hog hunting allows you to work spot and bay dogs more frequently in different situations than having to stop to dispatch each hog you bay.
@starchild8709 жыл бұрын
You would like Robert Arrington. He is a guide through Deer Meat for Dinner. He is a well known gator hunter and guide and he is a really good hunter, and can dress out an alligator without nicking the hide. He reminds me of you. I wish you two could meet. He has a wonderful wife, and they both spearhunt, dive, fish, and hunt. Both.
@TheBinarySon9 жыл бұрын
***** I'm glad you mentioned him, and I agree him and Keith would be great together. Though seeing this video for the first time, I'd be curious for Roberts take on this method of gator hunting. Almost makes me wonder if Robert uses all those fishing lines and arrows and boomsticks just to make the hunt more "fun" for his customers.
@orangpendek10248 жыл бұрын
It's illegal in Florida to use a gun on water (except when using shotguns to hunt ducks). This is why hunting gators with a gun is not done and other methods, such as bang sticks, are used. I must guess it was legal for these men to use a rifle to hunt gators because it was a large piece of private property and the body of water was small. But as far as I know it's always been illegal to shoot over water in Florida. I doubt they would do something illegal on video, so there must be an exemption in their case.
