The option at 25:18 is no longer available to any new buyers as Cape now enforces the no home no lift rule. Williams brothers docks and seawalls just had a big write up about it.

Why haven't RV garages taken off in Cape Coral for not-on-the-water homes to park larger boats?

Those storage places are still costly, then you will still trailer the boat. Hence, store on your property and save the 200k plus for that storage space.
