Such a nice and easy trip. Bridges and Navionics don't match up, even on our lake it is off. Great time thanks again!

I’m am enjoying your videos very much. I have gone back and viewed them from the beginning until now. I certainly miss those days when we used to be on the water all the time. Unfortunately age catches up with you after a while. I would like to know if your willing to share what you did before you retire to Cape Coral. We saw on an episode that Admiral Brigitt was with Verizon. I am a retired asst. Fire Chief. Keep up the great videos and enjoy your retirement.

Had a house on Boca for 12 years or so, loved it, often visit the Lake Boca Sandbar, opposite the pink building, the swish Boca Raton Beach Club, you can see. So glad you're enjoying it. Fair winds and following seas, Captain 👍

Loved the video. My Brother lived in Boca right around the corner from Lake Boca. Ww spent alot of time boating on the ICW and the different rivers/back water. He passed recently and I haven't been over since. (I live in Sarasota). Seeing those familiar waterways and homes brought tears to my eyes. Thank you for helping with wonderful memories of him and our time spent together boating in Boca. ❤

I'm enjoying this new loop. you guys should go up through Mobile, Alabama and then up the Tombigbee waterway and take the Tennessee river all the way to Knoxville. Really cool trip that I've done and a lot of cool locks to go through. And Awesome mountainous views once you get in Tennessee.

Enjoying your latest adventure BUT you really should have used the time on the day dock in West Palm to Uber to main Palm Beach on “the island”. The shopping on Worth Avenue and the number of wonderful restaurants provide an experience that oozes eye opening class -much different from West Palm.

Thanks for sharing your trip it was very interesting to watch How long was the whole trip on the ICW from NY to Fla in time ? Had to take weeks right?
@AdventuresofHappyOurs6 ай бұрын
NY to Florida was about 6 weeks. Stopped along the way for breaks here and there.

I would have had a ton of solar on that rig. Even a pair of 250W panels would probably keep a decent power bank (Delta 2 pro) topped off.

What books/charts did you use to plot your course?
@AdventuresofHappyOurs6 ай бұрын
Navionics boating app is my go to for plotting courses. The Waterway Guide I used for helping find anchorages and free docks.

Just stumbled upon your channel. My wife and I were wondering, since you have some directional signs at your home with one of them saying Buffalo, is that where you are from? We are currently at Port of the islands Marina here in Naples, on our boat. Enjoy the videos. By the way, yes I am from Buffalo originally.
@AdventuresofHappyOurs5 ай бұрын
We have each visitor at our house paint a sign. We are from NY so many friends and family from there too. Friends of ours met in Buffalo so painted that sign.

Here’s what I don’t get about that particular pfd, assuming Bridget can swim and doesn’t need one normally and would only need indie if she’s knocked unconscious, how do you pull the cord if your knocked out lol
