the reason everyone is having this issue, is probably because they are either eating way more food than usual, and real junk food at that, or just because they arent getting enough fresh air and sun. also people probs aint drinking enough coffee. probably too much whipped coffee hahah. idk

Idk if you’ll be interested, but there’s a really yum recipe if you enjoy mushies! It’s mushroom, tomato, spinach, chickpeas, garlic butter, seasoning and veg/chicken stock! You can have it on its own, with chicken or with two pieces of crusty bread 🤤 totally recommend

Hello Flossie! I study nutrition and we've done a bit of work about milks recently. Dairy is the worst for water use followed by Almond. Obviously water is used to feed millions of dairy cows along with being used to grow crops for their feed for them to be able to produce milk. Almonds are grown a lot in California and they're also a very thirsty crop, not really helping the californian drought situation. Soya and oat seem to be the best options in terms of environmental impact and land use. People sometimes point out that the rain forest is being cut down to plant soy, which is true, but like 80% of those crops are going towards animal feed rather than making our soya milk. Soya is also super high in protein and its also a complete protein (contains all 9 amino acids like meat) and Alpro have just created a protein milk too with double the amount of protein of their reg stuff. plus the soya oestrogen myth is a load of rubbish, soya has isoflavons which is plant oestrogen and it doesn't translate in the human body to human oestrogen. There have actually been studies that point towards soya being good for relieving symptoms of menopause and reducing breast cancer risk. Hope thats all helpful information for ya x (as you can see from my time doing nutrition i've become a massive soy stan/soy boy, im not sponsored by alpro hahaha)
