I am momma of 4 boys (three grown and out of the house) and a couple things I've learned along the way :NOTHING lasts forever, no stage, no phase, nothing. Complain and whine all you can if it helps. Don't worry about other people, they dont live in your home. Lastly, enjoy the little things when you can, they often lead to bigger things. Happy Holidays to both of you! Yes...life does get a little more complicated when #2 comes along. But it will get better when they get a little older...at least until they hit those teenage years..:) I'm behind on stuff also...I felt good when I finally got the Christmas stuff up and the Fall stuff put away. But somehow it all gets done....Hang in there! Love the birth announcement...I'm working on one for my Grandson...I'm hoping right after Christmas to get some stitching done on it. Merry Christmas!

My sister in law is a hairdresser and she has several of those hair framed things, yep kinda gross. But they are interesting to look at. And the history behind them. Happy Birthday to the Mav. Very Nice Birth Sampler. A piece done with hair would gross me out too. OMG, they can work washing dishes too, like the pots & pans, ugh the water going into my sleeves makes me nuts!!!
