Great work for the well cycled legs. Peaceful narrative, space to grow, focus breath. 10 minims before the end I felt some warrior poses peaking through, so continued with a powerful tichi style hip flow . Thank you again for your energy, knowledge and exploration.

That was amazing! Some instructors call this type of class a Mandala practice, because of the circular nature and constant movement of the flow. I feel the world and my time is not linear, but a loop, instead of making a bee-line from one point to another. Thank you!

I really enjoy the strength based flows you've posted lately, but after 2 days of intense post-lockdown massaging and giving out energy I really needed something stretchy, opening and energising to regain myself again and being achy first thing in the morning I saw this flow... Honestly, this in combination with some additional glute stretches and a bit of foam rolling hit the spot perfectly and made me feel human again. Thank you kindly for all your amazing work!

I love this and at the same time wonder if you would ever consider filming it again, with less cueing, or more concise cueing. I find it a bit hard to follow at times because of the different cues, or extra explanations. Just saying, still love it, will still practice it again.
