The sheer amount of chaturanga in this one was brutal, as was the dolphin -> chaturanga -> plank -> down dog -> dolphin -> updog -> chaturanga -> plank -> down dog sequence. But it was great! I felt so accomplished at the end that I managed to keep up. I started two months ago covered in sweat and aching after doing one of your easiest classes and now I'm doing this kind of class every day (still covered in sweat, but stronger). Thanks for all the free classes, your teaching has helped me tremendously and I feel stronger, happier, more flexible, and healthier doing these every day. They also happen to be a great stretch before the gym :)

It was definitely on the harder side, but I’m proud that after 2 years of doing yoga with you, I was able to complete it without too much sweating. The breathing was a challenge because of the faster flows, but this is something I can work on. Thank you.

i had a headache prior to beginning this class. While into it, it started to dissipate. Still there at the end but not so bad at all. I think this class oxygenated my brain haha. Liked the tip towards the end of class Flow, so just went ahead and journaled here ;)

@@debbieshonowo4670 I actually started with my more committed pursuit of yoga using Bre & Flo’s Ignite Program which you will find on their link above under FULL PROGRAMS. I started that in January 2021 and it went from there. Before that, I did the odd yoga class at the gym or a purchased video here & there, but they weren’t nearly as good as what is offered here. As well, you will notice above a link to a calendar as well with suggested videos over 30 days. That should get you started! Good luck!

I Was in a dark place a couple months ago and decided I needed a Change and after years not practicing yoga I stumbled across the yoga for men series and It has helped me have a complete 180 shift on my life, mentally and physically!
