I began listening to your series with Angelo two weeks ago. I listened to every podcast, multiple times, maybe 10 or so hours a day. Last Monday evening while listening to the Q&A something changed and I can only describe it as a moment in time that began and ended in an instant, like a single hand clap. Three days later I had the best day of my life with an amazing body sensation that feels both like love and the same sensation you get from a roller coaster. Today was quite difficult and I was filled with doubts, living in my head so I took a drive and opened KZbin. This video was on top of my screen. I received the answers I needed which were very different from what I thought I needed. Life seems to bring you everything you need when you let it. Thank you 🙏 for these conversations.

Taking an Improv class in college changed my life. As a friend said: Life is the Big Improv. These tenets or "rules" for being present and generous on stage translate directly to life itself. My post-college life would have been so different if I hadn't had those tenets to draw from. I felt the wisdom of Improv and "accepted a lot of offers" that I normally would have shied away from (because they were unexpected or unfamiliar), and that changed everything.

Yes! As someone that experiences anxiety often, flow is a moment/s where fear and stress erodes and I’m just living. This vid made me realise the last 2 years with COVID being beamed through every media outlet constantly has led to less flow. Time to get back on the path hey… :)

As a musician, there were those splendid moments of having learned a piece, and have been with it awhile, the flow happens in a practice time sometimes, where you know it is solid, yet no one there to share it. Poignant, perhaps, in hindsight, but at the time it is the sublimity of being one with the piece, the lavish gift of the music being all there is.💐

Angelo explained the flow state so well. The flow state is the recognition that something is happening but its not happening to someone or somebody.The recognition is coming from pure awareness which is formless. Since this awareness is formless,whatever it perceives will not appear as separate from it ,thus no resistance encountered or the flow state is being experienced.This flow state always happens spontaneously,unplanned, not through intellect,since the formless perceiver is not in time.

It’s so true that people come into your life once you awaken and you’re serious about it. I had several people including a Buddhist and an energy healer. I never had any exposure to any of the stuff before my awakening catalyst in 2017.

Without suffering, wisdom is a dry leaf, and compassion is the rattle of its sound on the roads we travel. We culturally avoid suffering (and those who suffer) with a stellar arsenal of distractions. As you say, it is that required 'time in the swamp' which yields the bliss treasure - and the bliss treasure is the Infinite Heart cradling the entire universe in its lap, including the sorrows and sufferings therein.

It was definitely BC that recommended glory holes in the war against covid! I keep coming back to this content, about halfway through the book, really enjoying it! It seems to just be a matter of integration at this point and I'm excited about it. Neat to see Angelo fired up a bit I'll have to rewatch some of his fiercer moments in this one.

At about 16:30, zubin says his mind wants to ask questions probing intellectually what the guest means by flow state. The guest responds that the mind will at times hang back, take notes, come up with a description to share with spiritual friends later, but the state in question is one where the distance that makes things an experience or a perception drops away and the immediacy or total commitment to the moment or task means that there is no subject having an experience or doing a task. I intuit this as a unity between consciousness, experience/action, and the being. It is so hard to get there.

Yes! It was Dr. Bonnie Henry - our HEALTH DIRECTOR!! She actually said "glory hole" and I think she was just ahead of the curve! We have drag queens presenting non-genderism, in STORYTIME to CHILDREN! So, glory hole seems pretty mainstream here in Canada now... wow, has our global image morphed or what.... This is so good... I am in the "healing business" and have been "direct pointing" for most of my Life! Not that I'm fuly awakened, but, I realize what has made me uncomfortable "humaning" is THIS! Stuck in a stage for so long, that was enjoyable - I love going down "one more layer" instead of accepting the "surface" truth to be the final point - and when I finally reached a point where I was hitting new territory for ME, I found Simply.... and I realized I have been spinning for so long without this next piece of information... to relax into it, to allow... it's allowing me to "get off the roof" and calm down, realizing I was pointing at something that NO ONE really likes to look at! I could not understand WHY they couldn't SEE IT like I do! Seemed so logical to me...obvious.

I really love these chats about awakening. You guys are right about not many are understanding where it is to be ready to hear the truth. I've been there for a while, all I was pursuing was peace. Calm living with no more nagging stress. It was getting back in touch with the simple truth of why science is so very much the answer and also hasn't reached the answer. The gap between science and religion (sorry to thise who are religious which is just odious to me now) the fact that we as humans can only explain a fraction of the world around us is humbling and naturally points people in this direction if they are looking honestly for knowledge and real answers. It is all kind of woo woo 😅 and starts to make less sense when putting words to it. Thank you Zubin and Angelo for recording your conversations. The 25th Gene Key is the Siddhi of Universal Love - the Shadow is Constriction - and beteen the Shadow and Siddhi is the GIFT and the 25th Gift of Universal Love is Acceptance...and the Contriction refers to our Breathing! ALL of the Shadows are connected to our Breath, but it is the Universal Breath that will be taken in Universal Love that will be the Universal Experience that is necessary to Awaken us All (ACIM - which Eckhart Tolle used as his "instruction" manual for many years before he wrote the Power of Now.)

Perfect. That’s okay. You can return to it or maybe not. Trust your gut. And. And…sometimes anxiety has a message for us, has something to say. Existential anxiety (dread) is very distinct from neurotic anxiety - worry chatter trying to pull us off the purposeful scent. If we can’t stay curious it’s perfectly acceptable to step back or step out or away. Good awareness.

The unconditioned/unborn is deep stage realization that can only be experientially accessed, but if you go to his website he has audio recordings of guided meditations, and retreat talks which go in depth. His book "Awake" is very in-depth and thorough and forms the backbone of having that first shift in awakening, and from that further inquiry towards clarification and deeper realizations. He has Playlist on his YT channel which cover this from all angles. He also has an app, "Simply Awake" with guided meditations. Hope that helps :)

Newbie....1st experience for me was.."nothing matters" Sorry my 'mind words' at the time few wks ago. But damnation!! like Angelo warned now 'the effort of no effort', is a real bitch! I reconize when 'one opens', the omens bloom and your path fills. I can welcome awfulness, sometimes as a pointer. You guys are too young....we use to have bumper stickers: "Be Here Now". The astute observer may notice that all talk of sublime encounter is subsumed by the narrative mind instantaneously and made an object of claim and possession. These two fine gentlemen, despite their obvious fondness for authenticity, fall into the same wormhole. It's not so easy to reject the reflex for this to have some consequences for the likes of me. His daily, over-stylized talking about the same thing over and over (for search results, apparently) seems contrary to simplicity, egoless existence, etc. There is a very strong sensation of "two angelos." He doesn't do it as much in these interviews, but in his monotonous & repetitive videos, he affects a blank, "channeling" words from the great beyond (not enough person there to speak normally, in more than one-word sentences.). Then, post-production Angelo has all kinds of insight into which background looks best, and which t-shirt, and, which sensationalized thumbnail will generate the most clicks. It seems extremely phony. I've seen more than a few people describe his style as hypnotism (or brainwashing). That's a very good (cautionary) description. His halting speech is exactly how hypnotism/brainwashing works. (And then, the way other things don't add up between "I'm not here" Angelo and glam-video Angelo, I'd be careful. Also, for someone "not here" he has very bad reactions to criticism. I've seen some of the reactions he's deleted. That should be a warning too. He seems to prefer fawning followers over reality -- while lecturing everyone else about what reality is. If someone isn't buying it hook, line & sinker, then he's like WC Fields: "Go away from me kid, you bother me (i.e., interfering with my gig).").
