I have a tight low back as well as tight quads. Having a towel underneath my pelvis for single leg kick helped so much! Thank you, Mira! You're a wonderful instructor and I'm learning so much from you.

I did this yesterday: I don’t know how but I had tweaked my back. This was not easy bc the stretching was intense! but it felt v. good. And today my back felt great again: thank u!

Well Done Beorc, the towel behind your back can work magic! Make sure you keep practicing consistently to build up the muscles you will need to do your first no towel roll up !
