Hi Kri. Yes the beginner level is very wide and what people find hard can really vary depending on their pervious experience 💖

Fabulous practice really got a fantastic work out really felt my glutes and core thanks Mira u are really helpful to get great results especially in my core which I been working a lot also my quads strength is increasing with other fitness training have a wonderful day u are awesome

Nice, long ab section: the burn got intense! I appreciated the cue in the dropped elbow/circle leg section to protect the lower back: "make sure not to sink in the lower spine." I like that move: what is it called? Thank you for a great sess!

Hello Mira, each time I rotate the legs together in T position, all my body go forward on the mat, did my position is not proper ?
