I have had so much pressure and pain in my spine for the past month. I’ve been working on creating more space and fixing my alignment. This exercise took so much pressure off my mid back! I was feeling numbness from my muscles being so tight. Thank you!

I just love the cue in Rolling Like a Ball to “lock the shape” with the arms: a bit of extra upper body work. Windmill Arms is an amazing stretch. Thank u!

You're very welcome Rosa! I can also recommend this lower back video to help loosen and release the lumber. It has an amazing pillow stretch at the end of the class. I can not see your condition so make sure you listen to your body/lumber and go slowly. Only do what you and your body feel comfortable doing. As always be kind to your body with a healthy diet, sleep for 7+ hours and drink plenty of water to help with the healing process. I’m gonna try this o been having pain in my lower back , idk if it’s my osteoarthritis spread to my back now ? But it grabs now & then I take muscle relaxers & tyenol & put rub on, I’m exhausted from the pain😢
