Floyd Clearly won this fight from beginning to end then ran it back and did it better again, yall are so biased its absolutely disgusting. You claim to be students and fans of the sport yet you cant separate personal connections from the outcome of a fight between one of your guys, it's truly sick I've never been that way and never will be that way, if my guy loses as longs as he gave me 100% I'm happy because at the end of the day he did all he could. People like to point out compubox stats showing Castillo outlanding Mayweather by a close margin but if you simply count the rounds that Castillo won it would be difficult to find 7 rounds to give him. All 3 judges felt Mayweather won rounds 1-4, including rounds 8, and 10. All three judges agreed Castillo won rounds 6, and 7 which were huge rounds for him. That leaves rounds 5, 9, 11, and 12 as close rounds that Castillo needed to clearly win just to get a draw which he didn't do. Sorry 🤷🏾‍♂️.

But even with Me giving Floyd a 2 point round when they took a point from Castillo, and a even round when they took a point from Floyd, I still had Castillo winning by 2 points! Floyd definitely lost this fight unofficially, but the Judges didn’t think so, that’s why he ended his career undefeated, but Castillo did more than enough to win the fight. As a challenger, you have to take the championship from the champion. So if the winner of this fight is constantly debated, the challenger may not have done enough to convincingly "take" the belt from the champion, so to speak. Although the challenger may have edged ahead in points. Kind of like in baseball; if it's too close to calll, the tie goes to the runner. (Is that how you use semicolons?)

Castillo was effective aggressor but actually not landing cleanly while Floyd was the one whose landing the cleaner shots and making Castillo missed most of the times (people, even media and experts, often overlook defense as criteria in judging and worst often overrated aggression as controlling the fight). The HBO crew did a horrible job in their ringside commentary, making it appears like it's a one sided beating win for Castillo which is far from the truth.
