Well I decided to purchase the Fluance Ai61 speakers from Amazon to go with my Fluance turntable. These are designed in Canada 🇨🇦 so that reminds me of a new connect in the #vc ‪@twangersturntable‬ The other speakers I’ve had for a little while are just simply substandard…ONN brand. The remote control on my old speakers would get hung up and if you push the volume up once it would try turn up the volume full blast. These new speakers are so nice. They have a lot of good mid range, which is hard to find in shelf speakers, and actually balances out well with the base and treble. With the remote, you can adjust the treble and bass to your needs. the speakers also are capable of Bluetooth, RCA jacks, optical audio jacks and USB. These are powered speakers, one active the other passive. I decided to purchase the ones in the walnut grain which matches my turntable. I’ve had them for about two weeks now and have been completely impressed and happy with my purchase.

Man, thank you for the shout out. I'll definitely return the grace on my next vid my friend (hopefully tomorrow as I've been invited/challenged by another good bud of mine Gary at physical format rocknroll). Now let me say, I cannot believe Fluance didn't send you those after such a great product review on their tyrntable. 🤔😉 Those tower signature and reference series in the pamphlet look sweet. Though I have to say those bookshelf speakers you purchased look equally nice Brian. Very nice. Thanks for sharing...and again for the shout. Enjoy the sweet sound of the spin. 😊 Cheers bud! 🍻✌️🤘🎶🤘

When I saw that Canada tag I immediately thought of you Mark. I wanted the tower speakers but my little hideout is very small. Perhaps one day, who knows. Appreciate you and I will definitely be enjoying my records a lot more!! 🤘🏼👊🏼🍻

We have old 70's speakers with our turntable. At first I told Jessie I wanted new ones, but we got them upstairs for temporary and I decided I really like them. I love vintage stuff so they just fit with my taste. And they sound amazing. Anyway! These speakers look like nice ones. It's nice that they fit right into you little record stand. They seem to have a good sound to them. Hopefully they last you a good long time.

I would be willing to bet that your 1970s speakers sound better than these. They don’t make them the way they used to. But for my needs and since I didn’t have anything left from when I was a kid I decided to just upgrade my turntable and speakers. I do have a newer CD player and just by luck one of my uncles had my old cassette tape deck from over 20 years ago. It actually still works great and was able to plug into my CD player on the auxiliary part. I will be showing off soon. So… Vinyl spinning, CDs spinning and spinning cassettes!

@@TheBeardedItalian I still have my old record player with double cassette built in. The needle is shot and I just never got around to getting another, but it all still works. We have an 8 track portable. The other 8 track I had Jessie did some trading with someone for something. But how many 8 track players does one really need? 😂 Think Jessie got these speakers as part of a trade. They do sound good.

Hello Sir, Nice set up ! I believe that the powered speaker is meant to be on the right. You might try it and see if it makes any difference. Happy listening.

You are correct and I have not tried it. I’m doubtful it will make any difference but if I have a right and left signal with different instruments then it would certainly be confusing. All of my jazz play along CDs are that way. Thank you for commenting and bringing this to my attention. 👊🏼🍻

Hey Stelly! It’s been a minute since I’ve seen you, my friend. The set up is pretty sweet. I think I’m almost finished redecorating and organizing my little man cave. Now it’s time to relax to some groovy tunes while I’m smoking up some meat in my pit boss.
