I've made these cupcakes and they were so good. I usually use yogurt to make my vanilla cupcakes but the buttermilk one is better. I made the buttercream as well and it was good but could be better if i used quality ingredients. Thanks so much for your amazing recipes ✨

Maybe you can use piping bag-zip lock bag to pour your batter into the mold,it maybe less messy, or use ice cream scoop which maybe still creat a little mess ,but it make sure every cupcake has same size😄

This recipe will not be enough for a 26 cm cake, it will yield a fairly thin layer. Also it works best for cupcakes, not sure how it will work for a cake!
