I love your concept. I love that you have created a brand new way to get into our bodies and heal. I have been standing on a block for 30 minutes or so a day for just a week now. My face is changing. I stare for a moment in the mirror each day, and a burst of joy and surprise erupts as I see a lifting and tightening. I have been doing the breathing consciously throughout the day. The other night, after doing some floor work, (belly button, outside of legs to address cellulite) I jumped up off the floor like I was a teenager; a very unusual thing for me as I have chronic lower back pain. I am 60 years old today. 🎉 I am buying your program as a gift to me. With your knowledge, I will help others. Thank you, Deanne. God bless you in this new year. You have been given this miraculous knowledge. May the masses receive it and embrace it the healing modality that it is! ❤

Hair loss is another symptom of fascial distortions, though it manifests later when the problem is more progressed. I've noticed in my own journey of healing my fascia, that this problem is related to the overall pattern I have discovered. Most locally, you can begin to mobilize the ears and neck first, then the nose and sinuses, eyebrows... this will get to to a place where the scalp can be addressed as well. Shalom.

@@s.c7639 Healing is a journey. MIne has been one of almost 14 years out of necessity due to chronic nauseating pain 24/7.... I had no choice but to experiment and learn how to do this. I was taught the method I use out of much meditation. In fact I am in a meditational state when I am doing this work. I have 10's of thousands of hours working with fascia. I can't explain in a comment how I do this because its I didn't learn from words but by experimentation and practice. Very soon I will present my own method to the public. Like any new idea, I am working hard to develop it into a function concept that benefits others. We are only just beginning to crack the surface of implications of this knowledge.

I can testify about improved hair growth and texture, with reversal of greying and trauma-inflicted injury from doing this Block Therapy and improving oxygenation, in just a short amount of time. I have had many "death attacks" with the shut-down of my vagus nerve since my first Acute Intermittent Porphyria and vaso-vagal heart attack in Feb 2013, that always turn my hair grey. Once I get over the Acute Intermittent Porphyria attack and do alternative therapies, it goes back to light brown. That usually takes a while. I started doing the Block Therapy using a towel on Nov 24. My son had left for AZ to work on Nov 15th. On Dec 11, I had my first hyperbaric oxygen treatment, using the blocks inside the chamber. I had a total of 8 treatments before my son returned. When my son returned on Dec 22, he commented how my hair was not grey anymore! How quickly that reversed this time! SOOO grateful for you both and helping so many of us "trainwrecks" to recover lost function and life!

Sorry for the following "book" but your questions needs a back-story! I have done the Block Therapy abdominal fascia release method daily whether with towel or blocks, at home since Nov 24. I have to take it slow with all that is being released, especially from my abdomen. Seventy percent of our immune system is in the gut, so I have not moved too far from there. I have had issues with abdominal distention since a car accident in 1995, that left me in that locked down-position-pattern. I have only gotten worse over time. I have done a lot of alternative therapies since 1996, and fascia release since 1995 with a Theracane that the physical therapist had given me. I never could fully recover, nor get back to regular exercise since then. I had pre-existing Chronic Epstein-Barr virus infection that gave me the labels of CFS, FM, and IBS starting in 1980, after toxic exposures while a US Naval Nurse Corps Officer. I have a lot of swollen lymph nodes and painful lumps throughout my body, many still from 1980. My alternative therapies have kept me alive, but not completely healed and functional, as there are so many pieces to my medical puzzle and treatments! I was "self-treating" my fascia, but not "correcting it". I have not seen such a huge difference with any other fascia release method, like I have seen with this new therapy. After using the towels and seeing improvements right away, I ordered the blocks and "Starter Program". I am only on day four of the "starter program". The oxygen chamber treatment lasts an hour, which I did four days for two weeks before my son commented on the hair color change. He said he can always tell by my hair color how much stress my body is undergoing. The Block Therapy is VERY relaxing, too! An hour can go by in no time!@@ilanamelnitsky9662

Thanks for taking this subject serious. I have vision trouble as long as i can remember, and no eye specialist has an explanation. It is as if my left vision is wrapped over by my right vision diagonally. Often it is blurred or just disappearing. All very concerning, as i am insecure driving like crazy. And just imagine, i need my eyes like basis, with my daily acitivities (books and very fine hand needle work)... and yes, my hair is so extremely fine.... BUT still natural color, even though i am getting to 70 now. I do live quiet healthy.

A bit off topic, but I used black salve to get rid of skin cancer and my mom used it on breast cancer, it made a huge open sore on her but it healed up completely. It was scary , but she was not going to chemo or surgery. She is 73 years old now . I lost trust of Rockafella medical system 30 years ago and had to learn natural healing methods, and faced much riddicule and criticism, and still to this day. Barbara Oniel was run out of Australia for telling and helping people natural healing methods. There is a war on natural healing methods. The hydrogen water is very real and can help health as the hydrogen molecule the most pure moleecule we can use to disolve toxins. Its used in Japanese hospitals but not in the west. Its not for me to advise or recommend anything, but these things are for each individual to investigate , this place is chockers full of deceptions. Fact.

Oh my gosh, I'm almost 64 and I have always had thick hair but now my hair is thinning and while I always thought that it would be nice to have less hair, now that my hair is actually thinning, I really don't like it much! I do not yet have gray hair (just a straggler here and there). So anyway, what I came on here to say is that towards the front of the top of my hair (crown?) I often times get the sensation of soreness like you can get from having hair pulled up too tightly for too long, but I didn't have my hair pulled back at all. I often wonder to myself "why is my scalp so sore?". I have poor posture and sit on my iPad and iPhone a lot, my job also requires me to be at the computer doing a lot of charting on patients (nurse) so I definitely have the forward posture for more reasons than one! I'm so excited about Block Therapy but now I'm even MORE EXCITED! Oh and I just saw another video (not your's) and this person was showing the face paddle which I had never seen before and when I heard it mentioned on your Fb page I wondered what it was. Thanks for sharing all your wisdom! Yes, peroxide to the scalp-bad news, don't forget nail polish and nail polish remover - equally bad news. Question: do you think washing the hair everyday is healthy?
@Fluidisometrics
@Fluidisometrics 4 ай бұрын
You're welcome! 😊 Absolutely, using harsh chemicals like peroxide, nail polish, and nail polish remover can be tough on both the scalp and nails. As for washing your hair every day, it really depends on your hair type and personal preference. For some, daily washing can strip away natural oils and lead to dryness, while for others with oily scalps, it may be necessary for maintaining cleanliness. Finding the right balance and observing how your hair responds can help determine what works best for you!

Im not sure what illness you have suffered but as a survivor of Stevens Johnson syndrome, where i almost lost my life...but during i lost most of my hair, my skin peeled including soles of my feet and palms, mucus membranes, lastly almost losing my vision. I know 19 years later i still have damage from the experience. So happy to find Blocking to perhaps completely clear that...btw it was my feet that started the downfall from walking 10+ milesper day delivering mail which lead to planters faciatis, which lead to over use of ibuprofen. Then the SJS...

Block Therapy nourishes our cells by allowing our bodies to absorb up to 6x more oxygen, and opens path ways to areas previously blocked from proper oxygenated blood flow. Oxygen is the most important thing our bodies need to heal and thrive. Everyone can benefit in some way from Block Therapy for this reason.

@@hairtransplantchannel I don't know about the words she has invented to explain this new concept..... but with all new ideas, new language is necessary. Pliable at old age? No. The aging process is one of the fascia becoming less pliable over the course of our lives. Maintaining this quality of the fascia is what keeps it pliable. And lastly, how can you assert the genetics involved are NOT ones that give an individual the proclivity for more youthful fascia later in life?
