In this episode, we discuss the importance of balancing the body in order to achieve balance in the mind. The mind, like the body, has a dominant side. If overused, the internal tension from the imbalance creates issues for both the physical body, as well as creates a stress frequency in the brain. Learning to release the negative patterns in the fascia and create symmetry through intentional movements not only benefits the body, it also allows the mind to be in a more relaxed frequency.
