Recently I had osteomalacia and osteoporisis so my spine "crushed" under pressure. I have pelvic tilt and in the middle part of spine kyphosis- I guess it is a tipical osteoporisis posture. What exercises should I do to correct my posture and is it even possible? Thank you.
