Borrowed your “epoxy jig with a plastic trailer” and have been slaying flounder in the NJ surf this summer!! And “sometimes you have to get weird” is my motto for life😂

Congrats on getting on a solid flounder bite. You can work the bottom and cover a lot of ground with the epoxy combo. Glad its working out, thank you for watching Kyle

Really been digging the fish I've been catching with it. Seems more durable too, I bet its a new color/design.

Great video! I’ve got to try the violet soft plastic with the epoxy jig. I’m hoping the quality of fluke will improve into the end of the season. Way to go trying some new things.
@BobAquatic2 ай бұрын
Give it a try, its been producing pretty well. You are right about the fluke improving, the big ones tend to move out of the bays and it gets great on the beach

Hey man is the color of your lure really a big factor because I am new and think I made the mistake of buying pink jerk shad , I am new to fluke or lures at all so i don’t want to get more lures

Any keepers that day? I've catching a bunch of shorts and a gagillion robins not one keeper yet.
@BobAquatic2 ай бұрын
I wasn't measuring. I am sure there are keepers, the shorts kinda stack up so it might be worth moving to get on a keeper pattern.
