The fly fishing films all over youtube are all next level, keep them coming.

it's crazy how people can sit through this video and then hate on it in the comments, like what's the point of watching in the first place? Fishing is more than just catching fish, and this video captures that essence. Great job Rolf.

One of the best fly fishing movies I did ever see. This movie was one of the reasons why I went to New Zealand this year. Thank you Rolf

Everything a fly fishing film should be, so beautifully crafted Rolf. Hopefully some more chapters to come. An inspirational piece of work, art actually!

thanks, glad you like it. But Peter A Christensen probably deserves more cred than me for this movie.

Well can you tell Peter that he is very good at what he does also, top job by everyone involved!! If you're ever back in NZ, look me up. Maybe we can fish together, I'm based in the North Island. Check out some of our stuff on my channel if you like, hoping winter over there isn't making you crazy with no fishing. Keep up the great work Rolf, very inspiring. Tight lines - Chris.

Thank you...i needed that..im just catching native guadalupe bass out of the Calorado river by my house...but I feel like its the same thing for now because it's all I can manage and I feel most attached to an older way when I catch something that has been the same for thousands of years

A Poem in three chapters From the first time I saw this film I was spellbound by the story-telling from you, which touched me in a special way. An intimate camera, a sophisticated narrative and a great sense that each word your are telling us comes from the bottom of a deep soul full of love for nature and fly fishing. Thanks to all involved people for this great piece of work and the way it captures all the emotions. Three outstanding films. Keep on. I will share this with our FFTC.club Community - The FlyFisher Traveller Club - worldwide. Tight Lines, Alexander

I'm an avid follower of your wonderful work, and all your movies are a step beyond far from the crowd, but this guy (the actor of the film) is too "fashioned" to be a real fly-poet....;)) Let's "belonging" be real.

My goodness it's just fishing, does everything have to be portrayed as being so epic on youtube? let me guess you watched river runs through it and your life was never the same.
