Rolf, I’ve watched this movie more than 10 times. Have the dvd version and recently purchased it Amazon prime. I need to know how true is the story of finding a journal from a guy fishing the same river 20 years before you got there in the same hut. Just went to New Zealand and it always makes me think of this haha. Btw it’s the best trout fishing movie I have seen. Beautiful all around

Världsklass som vanligt! Otroligt välkomponerat! Vinklar och ljud; allt sitter precis där det ska, precis som storöringen förtjänar.

Beautifully done and a magnificent looking Brown. The journey and narrative would have been just as enjoyable even if the quarry were a smaller species. Testament to the mood of both angler and River.

A Poem in three chapters From the first time I saw this film I was spellbound by the story-telling from you, which touched me in a special way. An intimate camera, a sophisticated narrative and a great sense that each word your are telling us comes from the bottom of a deep soul full of love for nature and fly fishing. Thanks to all involved people for this great piece of work and the way it captures all the emotions. Three outstanding films. Keep on. I will share this with our FFTC.club Community - The FlyFisher Traveller Club - worldwide. Tight Lines, Alexander

Tack! Lars Lenth är fortfarande gud.

Thank you so much for showing a side of fishing which is so hard to convey in most videos or even documentaries. Truly beautiful work. And a question: Is that an old Hardy fly rod you're using? Again, thanks, this respectful and gentle connection you have to nature should be encouraged.

Really amazing cinematography. On another note, Rolf, what kind of gear do you wear waist down? Waterproof pants and wading boots?

Thanks. This isn't me, he's just wearing normal non-waterproof pants.

This video is great (as usual), but do you have to camp so close to the river? Beautiful shots though, and I love the catch & release
