Excellent just to be there virtually. I've heard there's plenty being caught on the Irvine. I might have a go myself out of retirement so to speak

No fish but very calming vid to watch before bed. Love the sound of the river and the click ratchet of the reel. That line was casting well. What make/model of line and rod were you using ?

Its a 7wt rod and line, The rod is a air flo super stick 2 comp special and the line is made by talon. Hope that helps. Glad you enjoyed the video

Salmon fishing is dead. I gave it up because I love them. I fished for them all my life. Now I just watch them run upstream when I can

Its true the runs arent what they used to be. I still enjoy trying to catch them. If you do get a fish makes it all the more special
