Greetings from Argentinean Patagonia! We also have trouts here but it is reaaaally hard to get such big fishes. There are... but are truly scarce. Your work is really awesome man! Congrats! As many say here I also would like to go there some day and try such amazing fishing experience. All the best for you and keep bringing us these incredible fishing video! Thanks!

I'm 7:37 in. That first Rainbow Trout was no joke! Look at the size of the fins on that monster (I say that, aware that near the Salmon farms is your country are outrageous, monster Rainbow Trout [40 pounds/18KG, 70+CM/24+ inches], but the fins of that first Rainbow) were absolutely no joke! My goodness I'd love to catch such a fish!

Hey dudes, great video as always! The music that comes with it makes it even more special. Keep it up most of us are only able to dream of fishing like that. I lived in California fished there for years and today they no longer have water and especially cold water and I think they should have a strictly catch and release throughout the state its the only way to save the fishing there. Great job again love them videos and music you choose.

That’s a shame about Cali mate! Cheers for watching
@wayderice84464 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the shout out, yes too bad about cal. i do have an amazing fish story catching a 12 pound wild steelhead on the feather river ten years ago. I had 6 pound test, It was the last cast of the day! I though it in the deep part of the river ......He snatched it up and I almost lost the rod !! i was chasing this wild fish down stream 100 yards, then back upstream a hundred yards, he swam through a log and rock dam, past the dam to perfect quiet deep water, I had to cross the 5 foot deep river to the other side to get him......he stayed there and i thought i had him! He had to be exhausted by now!! Nope, swam back down stream back through the dam, I chased him back across the river in five feet of water again it was a miracle he was still on!! I was right back where this fight started and he was swimming as if he was ready for more! He jumped out of the water twice and so I saw him clearly trying to break the line!! He did!! He broke off but at least i saw the beast!! I thought what the heck am I doing here with 6 pound test!! I never had a chance to bring this big wild boy in! take care Kudos for those videos made and produced professionally and perfectly. We all love it and literally cant wait for more!!

@@thehunterian Just went out into the Alpine Lakes Wilderness south of Skykomish. I'm kind of a noob at lake fishing and it seemed great. Sure, size wasn't huge (avg about 10") but got 20 fish in 2 days mostly on dry flies. There are much bigger fish up there, just didn't have the gear with me to get deep with a streamer or something. Next time.

To keep it competitive and challenging my suggestion is weight the fish that you catch. Keep a record of big fish (measurements) weight by units and total weight. I bet you, at the end of your trip probably you will be carrying extra 50 pounds ( supposedly if you’re keeping them) Just for fun.... Thank for uploading those beautiful videos this is a real thing... it’s not another fish history 😀

Hi there! Not a subscriber but don’t miss one episode! Everyday I regret not going fishing when I was in NZ for a year but love ur vids man! Just a lil question, out of the box, the only fish is trout in the rivers there worth catching, has the NZ fly fishing community ever thought of introducing yellowfish to the system, what i have seen in SA they do co exist and man if you want a good fight every fight, that would be the fresh water to catch! Anyway enjoy it and maybe someday soon I’ll make a fly over! Cheers
