What Bung do you use when fly fishing with an indicator method?

Speaking of bungs do some pimp style bungs have better tubing than others? The amount of times I've bought them and the tubing is stick together so you can't thread the line through is taking the piss. All well and good putting them In warm water to open them up but if your on the lake then your buggered

Mark Rees try using pieces of cocktail stick, works a treat

I've thought about using this method next year but what are they like to cast ? A bit clunky ??

BEN10TO10 It all depends on which you use but the foam or fish pimps are ok to cast
