Grow your scotch bonnets bro, the are easy. Store em in the freezer till next summer and do it again with some of the seeds from a red bonnet. Those ox tails look top notch btw!

It's called elephant garlic. Not real garlic, it's in the allium family. Closer to onion.

They also make this fried grated cassava bread called bammy, it was created by the native Jamaican and the maroons. When my ppl do a fish fry it is communal.

I can't follow his video for nothing. I've tried rewinding this over 50 times and try to get down his ingredients but unfortunately I'm not able to. it looks absolutely delicious but I wouldn't know next time go slower so people can literally follow your recipe.

Anytime you cook your meat low and slow it will come out so delicious 😋 And seasoning is mandatory. Glad to see you using bay leaves. Is my favorite, but often overlooked seasoning. My dad used to love oxtail, I was to young to appreciate them at that time.
