I came across this pattern on Jensen’s KZbin channel when I had first started tying, and it quickly became a go-to fly. I have tied more than I can count over the last few years. Such a simple concept, can tie them in any color imaginable and will catch just about anything that swims. Love to see it getting some recognition!

Nice tie Brian. Michael Jensen is an awesome person. His wife Ulla is pretty awesome too. We became friends through his channel because of our similar interests. Glad to see a tier of your caliber tie something that Michael has done. If you haven't already you should check out his blog. Too bad about the thumb :o( I put thin wire insulation over the point, similar to hollow tubing like larva lace. It helps, and it may cut down on Gorilla Glue consumption ;o) Thanks Brian

The ol' double whammy! Love that you edited in the gorilla glue bandage as part of the tie, because sometimes it is part of the tie haha. Gonna give this one a go in a baby rainbow colorway and see how it looks!
