Pokémon Inclement Emerald is an advanced difficulty catch-em-all romhack of Pokémon Emerald created by Buffel Saft
Normal Nuzlocke Ruleset:
1. Fainting = Death
2. Can only catch the first Pokémon I find on each Route.
3. Nickname Pokémon
Hardcore Nuzlocke Ruleset:
4. No items in battle (held items okay)
5. No leveling past the next gym leader/E4 (at the START of the battle)
6. Play on "Set" battle mode

Victory Road is indeed extremely harsh; almost every trainer has a team of 5 for singles, one mega and some insane movesets ( e.g. Mega Flygon with Quiver Dance ). No joke in this game.
