Thank you very much @DroneDays gr! How is the weather in your neck of the woods? It has been raining for the last 3 days here in Virginia!

Nice job, taking off and landing a drone in a kayak. I have yet to do that in fact I haven't even done that with my big sailboat. Hopefully I will be doing all that stuff again soon and some. Also it could be a good idea to get a large dry bag to put your drone carry bag in.
@Duranafy4 жыл бұрын
Thank you @KayakTim! What part of the country do live at? Totally agree on the dry bag. I have a Pelican ruggedized case I use for the MA2. Which I did not use on this case!

@@Duranafy I lived in the New Orleans area nearly all my life. Just moved to Mississippi gulf coast a few months ago. I plan on getting back into all the saltwater life really soon. Plus doing some drone flying.

@@GulfCoastTim Wow! That is a great area to live in.... Congrats! Near what city in Mississippi is your new place?

@Duranafy Pascagoula and I'm 5 min from the beach and just over 20min from Biloxi. Looks like a lot of great places to kayak out here. So far I'm really liking it, i kind of always wanted to be out here. Plan to sail my Hunter 33 here before long, it's in a marina in Mandeville, la. When I do that trip I hope to get lots of video.

I gotta do that when the weather improves!!! Just got my Skydio 2 delivered yesterday to compliment my Mavic Pro 2. And during the summer I bought an inflatable pedal driven kayak. Should be fun!!!

You need to get you some paddle keeper brackets so you don't have to keep positioning your paddle while your hands are on the drone

You are so right! Thanks for the suggestion! Do you recommend a specific brand?
