The Fly Lady system came into my life after I became an empty nester. Although I no longer face the same insurmountable chaos, and my home is as I like it, I helped my grown and flown set up the system in their homes. You are teaching your boys well. Oh, and I worked with a woman who had 3 kids; her meal plan was exactly the same for years. She swore by it and it made her life so much easier!

You could laminate your daily, weekly and zone pagejs, and use a dry erase marker. Love the simplicity of your pages.

Hi Jean, I'm not sure, all of my mildliners only have Japanese writing on them so I'm not sure what color it is. I got a variety pack on amazon and it is the darker of the two blues available in there. I hope that helps, sorry! Thanks for watching!
