Man you're channel is what single handedly made me choose the nb4+ a couple months ago and I absolutely love it. I have a question though ive got the ibus2 gyro rx with the ibus2 extender to run all the telemetry sensors i wanted to have. Ive also got a few of the older sensors as well that can be daisy chained together. Am i able to read both the ibus2 and the non ibus2 sensors or is it one or the other? Since ive got the other sensors i figured I'd try them for reading bulkhead temps in hopes of somewhat monitoring differential temps. I couldn't seem to get the signal from the non ibus2 sensors though and im still new at this.

The none ibus 2 sensors will need to be connected to a socket set to ibus not ibus 2 for you to be able to read them but I'm not sure if you can set both ibus in one socket and ibus 2 on another at the same time as this would be a lot of work for a receiver to do and keep low latency but try it and see if you can get both

​@@WTFRCCarsdang thanks for the lightning fast reply. I kinda figured that was the case but also knew who to ask lol. One thing I'd like to get the word out on too is that if you have any ibus1 temp sensors and damage a ibus2 temp sensor like i did you can solder the actual thermal sensor end of the old style to the new style and so far it seems to work fine after about 20 packs run through it. Probably not ideal but i tried it in a pinch and so far its been dead on to what my infrared gun reads.

Yes that would be a good video, i have seen somewhere that the new transmitter NB4 Pro+ is about 500 to 600 USDollars, then the cheaper NB4+ will be my choice if i can choose

@kenblockx2010 yeh really depends if you need the extra features of the pro+ or not. The nb4+ is all most people need :)

Hey Craig, quick question. I just recently ordered the NB4+ hand wheel for my NB4 and was wondering: what is really the size difference between the L and the normal hand wheel? I kinda want to try a larger hand wheel but don’t want to order it if there’s not that significant of a size. I’m willing to give Sour Sky a chance after they’d screwed me on my shipping but I don’t want it to be the same terrible experience.

The large wheels is alloy part is roughly the same size as the normal wheel including the foam so when it's like adding another foam on top of the stock size wheel doesn't sound much but definitely feels a good bit bigger

Hello, Just switched from Futaba to Flysky and would like to know which receivers should I buy for my 1/8 bashers, 1 crawler and one 1/10 basher. I sometimes also race, but only with friends. I was looking at FGr4D, FGr4B and the one with a Gyro, the INr4-GYB.

Bashers I'd run the inr4-gyb cos the SVC is fantastic, crawlers the new waterproof 8ch is a good choice FBR8, anything racing fgr4d is great but just run whatever makes sense in that RC :)

It's for the fpv headsets you can set the RC to follow instructions from the headset

What receiver would you suggest that will work 100% with this NB4 Pro+ for say a Traxxas X-Maxx, XRT and or Kraton 6S? Wondering if you have a goto Receiver for this and your other Flysky NB4s’?

Really depends if you want SVC or not, for me I'm not really bothered about SVC on a basher so if you looking for 100% waterproof then the Fbr8 is a good choice, the Fgr8b works great too, if your after SVC the inr4-gyb is the one you want :)

@@WTFRCCars also if I get the gyro model inr4 you can turn off the svc via transmitter easily anyhow correct? Kinda like option of gyro on the 1/5th bashers…

@shawnscott9704 yes the gyro/SVC is fully programmed from the transmitter so on/off or any of the settings can be changed :)

Yeh loads of telemetry options and it can record data to so you can check after the run but also set alarms to you don't run too hot or battery too low

How on earth do k set my NB4 + engine kill switch up? Iv tried everything Iv read, watched etc…I have a 1T hilantronics kill switch and got this radio gear as was told it’s the cream of the crop….I can’t assign the kill switch for the life of me, never had this issue with anything before, even th e cheapest of cheap radios has been more user friendly than this regarding kill switch setup. It just won’t work. Any help would be awesome before this nb4 + goes against the wall 😝

It's easy, assign a button to ch3, set it to toggle so it makes the channel go 100 to -100 then connect your kill switch to ch3, if it doesn't work it's because your kill switch is slow and can't keep up with the transmitter so goto servo frequency and turn it to custom and lower it to 333hz :)

@@WTFRCCars thanks for your reply. Iv done all this already though after watching your stuff on your channel. It genuinely doesn’t work for me, tried it all. Iv assigned it to whatever the button is called on the right side of the steering wheel, made sure it operates as a switch rather than momentarily, it’s on channel 3 in my receiver and assigned to channel 3…tried digital, analogue, changed the frequency several times to different values, still won’t do anything mate. Losing the will to love with it haha

@GazYT1285 Try setting to 60hz some really slow kill switches need it that low but also have you tried a servo on ch3 to make sure it's going full in both directions?

Do you have direct contact with Flysky? The link for the following firmware is wrong "STD Firmware v1.0.6(EN version)", you get a version 1.0.7 for the NB+ not Pro+. I sent them a mail, but no reaction.
