There comes a point when drills and focusing on technique becomes monotonous. But when you explains and breaks down the technique and drills, it makes more sense so you can start exploring ways outside of a set drill or pattern.

Thanks you. Snow is off and on here in Chicago. It's raining, then snow, then all of a suddens it's 50 degrees lol. Glad to know there are fans of FMA out there.

Great explanation. If you can do things fast, you should be able to do it slow. Especially when teaching a complete beginner who has no coordination or previous martial arts training.
