FMS FCX18 Toyota Land Cruiser LC80 climbs to the top of a waterfall - Injora, DJ Crawler, bumper mod

All mods listed below. I think I should “air down” these tires for more grip. DJ Crawler supplied two sets of foam inserts with these tires and I’m using the harder ones in this video.

Good driving, fine throttle control (most people do not have this ability) which means no jerking, no quick-full throttle-quick-reverse and good videography. Best driving videos have cameras that are *low to the ground* like yours. I felt like I was watching Key's RC Life channel. 😉 Was the transmitter set to beginner mode?

I credit the motor on that. My throttle control is all over the place on trucks with weak motors. 😂 nah, I didn’t even know there’s a beginner mode with FCX’s.

For me 1/18 is perfect. It’s much easier to transport and also much easier to find places to play with it. I actually sold one of my 1/10 rigs recently and bought two more 1/18. :)

Thanks! There are various lighting modes selectable by CH4 button. There’s one mode where all the lights turn off.

Are these tires compatible with the stock of the vehicle?

Yeah. With 0 offset wheels, you should be able to use these tires without any trimming of the truck’s fender flares.

Nice ride! are you still running stock suspension? how do you find the wheel rub with those 60mm tires? my lc80 seems to bind more but i think i have softer aftermarket suspension and softer tires

Thanks! Yeah, I’m still using stock shocks right now. These tires do rub sometimes, but very rarely. Not enough to interfere with regular driving.
